At ALTEN, we do everything possible to facilitate the integration of our work-study students and interns. You will be accompanied from the start, following an onboarding process with your manager and your team, enabling you to adapt to your assignments and your new working environment with complete ease. We believe in maximising your learning during this period. You will be entrusted with real responsibilities, objectives to achieve, and unique projects, all while being supervised and regularly supported by your manager.

Your onboarding process


As soon as you arrive, you take part in an induction event, the “Welcome Event”, run by the Careers Officers and Department Managers. This is where you meet other employees and begin to build your professional network. During your first year, managerial follow-up is part of a specific programme, marked by regular progress reviews.

Your career prospects


Your manager will schedule regular follow-up meetings to ensure that your assignment and career are running smoothly. An annual career talk is also organised to agree on your professional objectives, draw up a development roadmap and a training plan.
